Installing Oracle XE on your Window machine is very Easy.
Here are the details you should keep it with yourself after installation.
SYS/SYSADMIN password.
Database Port (Default 1521)
Apex URL
example:http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/
I would recommend you to create a normal user after the installation.
